We are handing over to the Repair Dept. for disposal one P.III car - 32-EX, and one Bentley car - B.23.AE. The Jaguar car arrived a week ago. We presume there are a number of people in London who would like to try this car before we pull it to pieces. The present proposal is to get performance figures from it, and then strip it to see how they manage to produce a car for £450 which competes so closely with the Bentley. We do not want to keep this car longer than we need. Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} | ||
