No 2. 16.8.40 You will understand that the unusual procedure of putting a job into production so early in its career, is bound to bring about these alterations during the course of development. As these come through, we shall pass them on to you in this manner. The alternative code number, which you will find within a circle on such drawings, serves as a master check at any time, as to whether your set of drawings is completely up to date. When you reach the stage where you are about to produce pieces, we will give you a new set of L.O.Ps upon which will be marked the latest alteration code number to date for each separate piece Will you please return all obsolete prints.
