X4308 To Roy {Sir Henry Royce} /JT. from EFC. {E. Fowler Clarke - Electrical Engineer} EFC {E. Fowler Clarke - Electrical Engineer} 3/T18.1.29. We have again tested the A.T. speedometer B.563. 800. 14/52 and find this now to be O.K., i.e. with perfectly steady reading of 46.9 m.p.h. at 600 r.p.m. at 19°C. On making a similar test of a white dial instrument C.296.800 14/52, we find this to suffer from a similar defect to that described for B.563, together with the fact that the zero reading is incorrect. We should be pleased if you would now arrange to return this instrument C.296 (herewith) for correction. So that there should be no doubt about the result we have put each instrument on twice to prove the point. Instrument C.296. 800. 14/52 herewith. EFC. {E. Fowler Clarke - Electrical Engineer} | ||
