Dear Sirs,
(FOR ATTENTION BY MR. WENHAM.)

On Monday week Dec. 1. we propose to send you Mr. Royce's 20.H.P. with Beaton all-weather head, (5.G.11.) The head leather has become torn, the car linings generally dirty, one wing is bent, etc. We would be glad if you would overhaul the car, putting as much right as possible between the 1st. and 9th Dec., as on the 10th Dec. this car leaves again for the south of France.

What we would like you to do if you can in the time would be to remove the wings, knock out the dents, etc. and repaint them, and to put up the body and give it a coat of varnish.

Would you kindly go over the car on the lines suggested and ring us up on Tuesday morning Dec. 10. at about 10.30 a.m. (Chichester 210.) giving us a report, when we can then give you a verbal instruction to go ahead, so as to save time.

You will no doubt be interested to see how well the body has stood up against some really hard usage.

Yours faithfully,

FOR ROLLS-ROYCE LTD.
