Re breather Dear Hives. A breather that would permit one to breathe in covered bodies seems so necessary that we have made one or two in cast aluminum thus:- oil filler trumpet. Friger grips. Cap. 1/2" escape pipe Tried both straight, swept back about an inch & swept back 18" right under flywheel guard. no difference in pressure in crankchamber, which is same as found with standard breather namely 3/4" of water at top speeds, 50 to 60 m.p.h. | ||
