All brake parts examined after test. Very little wear taken place. Excessive wear on front brake actuating shafts and front brake equaliser, otherwise in very good condition. Slight wear in steering nut, but not excessive. Silchome valves (steel) were used in this engine and run with no tappet clearance. They were not touched during the test and were in excellent condition afterwards. No jaggers occurred after brake drums were turned down. Servo adjustment during test - nil. Rear brakes required re-lining after test. Very little wear on front brake shoes. Dynamo on engine gave no trouble and is a vast improvement.
