GOSHAWK II. REAR SHOCK ABSORBER.
---------------------------------

It appears to me desirable to try and fit the new shock absorbers which are not affected by the spring thickness, that is, which do not require different couplings fitting, as early as possible.

The shock absorber in question was shown on N. Scheme 1254.

I propose to limit the present type of shock absorber to 100 sets and also the forgings of the axle suitable for the present scheme will be similarly limited.

Of course a large number of parts on the shock absorber are O.K. It is only parts which were special to the present type that we should hold up.

This is a matter I would like to discuss with you.
