WMA Although in the ordinary way the above tyres would be guaranteed by us for at least 5,000 miles or 12 months' service, as the tyres are to be used on a Rolls-Royce car, we are prepared to increase the mileage portion of the guarantee from, 5000 to 10,000 miles minimum. We attach hereto a specimen of the actual guarantee which will be given. On reading it you will see that it covers all classes of damage; the only alteration will be that wherever the figure 5,000 miles occurs, it will be altered by us to 10,000. We trust that the above special quotation will enable you to give Miller Cord Tyres a thorough trial, and so satisfy yourselves as to their intrinsic merits. In conclusion we may say that we propose to advertise when Miller straight-sided Cord Tyres are used on Rolls-Royce cars, that we are prepared to guarantee them for a minimum mileage of 10,000 miles - double the guarantee we are at present prepared to give when our own tyres are used on other makes of cars, explaining that our experience has proved that weight for weight and horse-power for horse-power, Rolls-Royce cars are considerably lighter on tyres than other makes.
