In future, no Experimental Cars will be sent to Sales or started on a 10,000 miles test until they have first been sent to W.W. for your criticism and approval. At the same time, the conditions under which the tests should be made will be submitted.
If it happened that you are not available we should expect the Technical Committee to approve of the cars.
