Bentley
High Compression Cylinder Heads.

An aluminium cylinder head is at the moment being produced to LeC.3645, 3653, with valves to E.B.1247 - 8. At the same time a cast-iron head is in hand to the same piece numbers. An inlet valve is incorporated, the size of which has never before been tested.

As it is desirable to get an accurate idea of the detonation characteristics of the alum. head as compared with cast-iron, we would like both heads completed at the same time.
