Rolls Royce Ltd.,
DERBY.

Dear Sirs,

Replying to your letter of the 27th. July, I very much regret that we could not undertake the 500 barrels referred to before the beginning of 1942, as we are fully committed to the end of 1941 with the programme arranged with the Iron and Steel Control.

If the importance of the supply of this type of barrel is sufficient to warrant priority over any of the types we are supplying, we suggest that you get in touch with the Ministry of Supply with a view to authorising any re-arrangement in order to obtain the necessary output.

Yours faithfully,
for - ENGLISH STEEL CORPORATION LTD.,

for SALES MANAGER.
