Re test of Viscometer Instrument
This instrument has passed our specified tests satisfactorily & reads 1% high on each side of the scale.
There is a very slight sign of stiction of the needle at one point on the discharge side of the scale, but this can be considered passable.
This instrument has not such a nice even black finish as our Std but the dial is very nicely graduated.
This instrument should now be put on an experimental car for test over a period of time if it is likely to be standardised.
Signed: E.J.
This Sheet must be filed on completion of the work.
