RE: SIR POMEROY BURTON - 95-WR. and COMMENDATORE ETTORE LUZZATO - 8-FH. ------------------------------------ In connection with the fact that the first of the above-mentioned cars had to be taken to the Nice Depot for boiling shortly after its arrival on its first trip from London to the Riviera, Ps. has written at some length - copy attached. C. has asked me to put you in possession of this information and, at the same time, it may be useful to you to know that 8-FH was also recently attended to for a similar complaint at our Paris Depot and Paris reports :- "The radiator was dismantled from the chassis and thoroughly washed out with a cleaning solution. The interior of the radiator was dirty and slimy. The water pump was dismantled and examined, and we could not discover anything wrong with this. We cannot account for the greasy substance found in the radiator." H.{Arthur M. Hanbury - Head Complaints} __ encl. | ||
