Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} Aluminium Timing Gears. We send herewith PL.321. This is a copy drawing of the Lincoln Zephyr camshaft wheel. Also herewith is PL.323 showing the above design with the wheel applied to B.60 and B.80. The analysis for the aluminium die casting will be received from Mr. Talbot. I have already sent the model to him. This design supersedes the original one, PL.215 which had a simple sloping web. We should like say three gears made to replace the fabroil one and suitable for fitting to existing crankcases. Jnr.{Charles L. Jenner} Original to Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/HH.
