re: "Super" India Tyres for Bentley Chassis.
Chassis B-1-CW. Trails Car.

---------------------------------------------

Please note we find that with the Standard India Speed Special tyres we can obtain the max. revs(4,500), but with the present tyres fitted to this car (India "Super") only 4,200 revs can be obtained.

Sr has mentioned to me that you will undoubtedly recall the conversation which you had with him upon the matter.

Sr says that it is now more serious because we find that our Speedometer and Rev. Counter specialist cannot alter the speedometer without new parts (Pinions etc.)

We find that the "Super" India tyres are approx. 12 mms larger in diameter than the standard tyres.

We shall be glad to have your comments upon the matter as early as possible.
