X53 Mr. Rowledge. c to Mr. Hives. Mr. Bailey. Mr. Grinage. A.I.D. W/HB{C. E. Harcombe}/G25/29-10-26 20% BENZOL MIXTURE. The figure for aromatic content obtained on the Eagle XV Type Test was low for a 20% mixture. In view of this, a special sample has been selected and forwarded to A.I.D. Test House, Kidbrooke, for examination. The result is attached, and it will be seen that the aromatic content is 29.2% as against 17.8% on the previous occasion. These results rather suggest that there may have been separation in the main tank on the previous occasion and I would suggest that suitable precaution be taken to prevent any possibility of this on future Type Tests.
