22nd. September 1937.

Messrs. Alford & Alder (Engineers) Ltd.,
Deacon Street,
Walworth,
London, S.E.17.

Dear Sirs,

We thank you for your letter concerning manufacture of hubs for our Bentley chassis. We note our hubs are larger than any you now make. We think it might be possible to use one of your standard hubs for our future requirements.

If one of your engineers could come up here and bring with him drawings of all the hubs you have available, we should like to discuss the matter.

Tuesday, next week would be most convenient to us, and we hope you can manage that day.

Yours faithfully,

for ROLLS-ROYCE LTD.
