WRAITH CRANKSHAFT.

The Design Office want to fit Packard type balance weights to Wraith crankshaft in preparation for Phoenix.

Will you, therefore, let W.Bell have a Wraith crankshaft so that he can carry out the usual deflection tests to determine the correct position and the amount of balance required.
