(b) Modified panel milling off the rods similar to Faith 1.1. (c) Rods with little end bushes size and size & 1/2 thou clearance and 3/4 thou clearance. Following a successfull crack test of items (a) and (b) we are prepared to issue standardisation sheets. Regarding floating little end bushes to overcome production difficulties the two rods with the 3/4 thou clearance little ends were picked out by the testers as being noisy therefore we say we must adhere to the present press fit bushes pending an alternate satisfactory solution.
