We thank you for your letter of the 29th inst. describing the operation of your auto charge control switch device. It may interest you to know that we have for some time now been experimenting and developing similarly satisfactory apparatus in connection with which two patents have been applied for and are pending. In the circumstances we do not feel justified in asking you for further particulars, though we thank you for bringing the matter to our notice. Yours faithfully, A.M.I.E.E.
