To EY, from Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/GWH.{George W. Hancock - Head Chateauroux} c. to Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} (3587) Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/GWH{George W. Hancock - Head Chateauroux}2/LG29.9.27. 20 HP. STARTER MOTOR. (5650) We do not think it advisable at the present moment to send out into production the 'V' stop which is being made. We have three W.W. designs at the moment on test which are giving good results and are a better job for production. We should like to get the experience of these different designs on production motors, if this could be arranged, but not to leave the Works. The present standard design a has not given any trouble for this last two months, after the alteration to the springs and operating sleeve therefore we do not wish to rush into any drastic changes at the moment.
