re 4 1/4 litre Bentley B81NM

The above car is back at Kingsbury, I hope for the last time for axle adjustment. There is a point I should like to clear up, that is lubrication of axle.
Having read the instruction book I find even in for new 1938-9 Both for still list Aeroshell, an oil which has been off the market for nearly eighteen months, this seems all wrong for Rolls to publish out of date instructions.
Having found the above, it made me wonder if the axle oils recommended where also out of date, so I consulted the technical dept of one of the largest oil Co's in the country & they say, that a hypoid diff should never
