With reference to Ev.{Ivan Evernden - coachwork}12/JH.23.2.40. I approve of the general recommendations set out in this Memo. though I am not very enthusiastic about using the Silver Wraith and Silver Phantom close-coupled body on a Bentley chassis.

I am inclined to agree that we shall not be justified in going into production with a wheel base in between 10' 5½" and 11' 1".
