X8650 To RHC.{R. H. Coverley - Production Engineer} from EFC. c. BY/RD. EFC1/T14.1.25. X.8650. SEQUENCE SILENT STARTER. Answering your RHC{R. H. Coverley - Production Engineer}1/BE.13.1.25, it is considered that we should produce the bendix shaft with a helix angle of 30° for comparative trial with one at 45°. This also will confirm our conversation that you will shortly complete for us the automatic switch with the new windings. We already have the actuator box with new windings. As regards the motor, we have now instructed BY/RD. to reduce the size of the pole core, and this will enable the windings to be got in more easily, so that the number of turns in the teazer winding can probably be maintained. No doubt BY/RD will be looking into this and give you a new instruction, as it will be better to have the motor for test inclusive of this modification. EFC. | ||
