We beg to acknowledge with thanks receipt of your letter of yesterday's date, and are pleased to note that you are interested in copper brazing with regard to the manufacture of radiators, and we shall be pleased to meet your Representatives at our works, on Monday next, at approximately 2 p.m.

We trust the suggested date and time will be convenient to you but, in the event of this not being so, we shall be pleased if you will suggest a date and time which we will endeavour to make convenient for this discussion.
