-2- (5) Ventilation. Fisher type Pivoting windows to the front doors only, and nothing on the rear. Rear Quarters to open. The method to be approved later. (6) Rear Blind. to be slip-over type with manual control from the driver's seat. (7) Armrest.- adjustable to nearside front door. (8) Sun Visors to be of the Rover type. (9) Screen Wiper - Lucas - (Mn. to supply). (10) Front Pillars. to be of the new thin construction if these are thought to be satisfactory on this body. (11) Defroster Ducts. in screen rail to be provided as specified. We would point out that the coupling tube for the intake should be on the nearside. (12) Top Scuttle Ventilator. - to be screw operated as the handle fouls the wireless set. Ventilator to have no tray and a watertight lid{A. J. Lidsey} when closed. It was suggested that quotations for these fittings supplied in quantities be obtained. (13) Luggage Boot. The boot floor to be lowered 1.500" it being assumed that there will be no gauge fittings on the petrol tank. The opening to be cut as high as possible by having the inside face of the lid{A. J. Lidsey} flat only for three-quarters of its length from the hinge. The lid{A. J. Lidsey} to open down to just give legal visibility to the rear number plate. (To be seen by the average man standing ten feet behind the back of the car). A scheme is to be devised to obviate the loss of opening to the boot by the thick top rail and water seal, and following American practice. Boot to be lined with carpet and the lid{A. J.
