We have been strongly recommended by the Experimental Dept. to keep the loading on these as low as possible. We find to do this that the spring which is instructed is too strong. We require a spring which will give us a loading of approximately 4 lbs. measured on the end of the longest arm of the damper as per Drawing E53049.
