To RHC{R. H. Coverley - Production Engineer}/HPS.{Horace Percy Smith - Experimental Factory Mgr} x3538 Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Std.18/JH.30.9.36. This is to confirm that you will give us the weights of all parts of the Phantom III car (as discussed with you today) i.e. the weight of each standard production part on each LOP. on all Phantom III index sheets. We suggest that you obtain prints of each LOP. and enter up the weights on each print against each piece number. Further where there are a multiple number of one piece number the complete set should be weighed (not one single piece and the weight obtained by multiplying it by the number of pieces).
