Dear Mr. Vaughan,

Thank you for your letter of February 11th, introducing Mr. Finlay.

Unfortunately he gave us no notice of his arrival and only spent half a day at the factory and so we could in no way look after him as we should have desired. However, we did the best we could, and we hope that any of your other representatives who are going to call will give us a little notice.

We understand that you may be over here in the Autumn, and hope that this time you will come and see us. Incidentally, I understand that you play squash racquets, in which case we can offer you a little exercise as well as technical information!
