Dear Sir,

We confirm our telegram to you as under;

"Rolls-Royce instrument at Derby Station, to be called for instructions in parcel"

This instrument is purely for Mr.West to try out for the non-interfering magnet, it is calibrated 1 - 1, size of the case is not the exact size but we shall produce cases exactly as those which they are at present having, i.e. overall flange diameter 3.850 - fixing diameter 3.590. This we understand will be exactly the same measurement which Mr.Dorer will be using for the clock.

Yours faithfully,
pp. A.T.Speedometer Co.,Ltd.,
A.J.Arrowsmith
