We foresee some difficulty in explaining or correlating the varying percentage differences.

We saw Mr. Constant's average arrangements for electrical excitation of crankshaft frequencies.
Owing to the unsatisfactory results of his first preliminary experiment we propose trying our experiments on a car engine first where we know the answer.
