Unhardened timing gears with Attwaters fibre camwheel (balancer deleted) Camshaft end thrust plunger. Original type valve springs EW.1428 C/CV. Now obsolete R.R. distributor with spring drive. No.6 Unit 27.G.VI. Obsolete crankcase but by use of eccentric studs standard cylinder block fitted. adapted for AC. mechanical petrol pump. AC.8 Billet cast big ends, original design thick section with shims. Hyrko crank and std. balance weights. Unhardened timing gears with std. Attwater camwheel (no balancer). End thrust plunger camshaft. Now obsolete R.R. ignition distributor but without spring drive. EB.3258 Swedish wire valve springs produced R.R. No.7. Unit (26.G.VI). First unit with up to date crankcase without tappet bushes. Std. crank and large balance weights. Std. AC.9 die cast big ends no shims. High oil level indicator. 9/16 push rods. Nos. 1 - 6 EB.3256 valve springs in Swedish wire coiled at RR. Nos 8 - 12 EW.1428 std. Wraith (C/CV). 6 ft. length grummets. Ex camshaft end thrust plunger. Cam balance plungers removed. Std. Attwater cam wheel fitted. Damper drilling arrangement as std. Wraith no holes in rim and 7 holes in centre plate. R.R. distributor now obsolete with spring drive. Wraith No.8 Unit (25.G.VI). Latest unit as No.7 with the following exceptions. Pistons with high pressure scraper and compression rings. | ||
