Upon reference to our files, we see that we advised you to approach the Marconiphone Co. - which, of course, is a part of the E.M.I. organisation - regarding car broadcast reception, and we presume that this letter is the result. In any case, we are glad to know that our friends are giving direct attention to the question. As regards aircraft equipments, you have already received a selection of our descriptive leaflets and our promise to forward recommendations to meet any special requirements. We can only repeat this offer and look forward to the receipt of a more detailed enquiry. By territorial agreement, the R.C.A. Victor Company do not market aircraft equipments over here, but we have no doubt that we can offer a satisfactory equivalent for any of their sets in which you are interested; probably more suitable, in fact, remembering that European conditions are very different from those for which their apparatus is designed. We have no details of the equipment fitted on the Boeing "Transport", but perhaps you will furnish us with your performance specification etc., so that we may forward the desired information.
