RE EXPERIMENTAL REBUIRE NO.4.
Continental Touring Saloon.
We are enclosing herewith a copy of the specification for the 4th.SpectreCodename for Phantom III Experimental Car which you will recollect it was decided should be a replica of the 3rd. Car, 32-EX, which is now in France, except that the body will be panelled in steel. The front wings are to be of steel also.
Due to the urgency in the matter the body is well in hand.
Although most of the items in the Specification have been discussed with Sales previously, and agreed to, we thought you would like to go over the specification and let us have your comments. This body has to be ready for the chassis by the end of July.
