Messrs. E.G. Acheson Ltd.,
Thames House,
Millbank,
LONDON, S.W.1.

For the attention of Mr. Kay.

Dear Sirs,

Thank you for yours of July 1st.

With regard to the use of colloidal graphite in an extreme pressure lubricant, can you send us the results of any tests carried out by users of hypoid axles or the Gleason Company in America

Testing hypoid lubricants is a long and expensive experiment and before trying some we should like to hear of any tests that have been done. I am sure you will appreciate that we should like to know whether we should be starting the experiment de novo or where someone else has left off.

Yours faithfully,

FOR ROLLS-ROYCE LIMITED.
