HYPOID REAR AXLE. X2066

We are running a car fitted with Hypoid gears which are 2" off centre. As regards silence, they are very good. We have had a little trouble owing to the excessive float in the Shatz type bearing.

After we have carried out tests with these gears under maximum torque conditions, we propose changing them for the 1" off centre gears which we now have in stock.
