When running the above car this week-end I noticed that the front brakes were doing very little work, and there was a considerable smell of hot brake lining from the rear.

The engine mounting on this car seems very floppy at low speeds, much more so than 6-B-IV. Presumably this is merely a question of the softness of the torque control rubbers, and is not associated with the method of hanging up the unit.
