| x768 83rd Meeting Nov. 23rd.11. Re Radiator on Chassis 993 (Ward) Mr Nadin read a report dated 14/11/11 concerning Radiators Contd. (2) this radiator, stating that great trouble had been experienced with leaking. The Committee agreed that this matter had been investigated at some length previously, and were of the opinion that the radiators had recently been considerably improved as regards rigidity, but that if leakage occurred at the edges of the tube, then it is likely to occur again. They did not believe, however, that such leakage would occur unless some actual damage by collision or other means is done to the radiator. The Committee agreed that our present radiator is a good job as now made, and think the leakage trouble will be considerably reduced. | ||
