| S/W SECRET. To Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} from Sg.{Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD} Experimental Mileage and the Discovery of Troubles. Referring to Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}7/R24.1.38 I discussed this matter with Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} and, whilst we agree the view expressed in the last paragraph, we do not see how we can possibly carry it out, i.e. the maximum we can see our way to run is 3.
