PH.III. OIL COOLER FAILURES.

Owing to failure of these coolers in service, we wish to check up pressures and temperature on the cooler - we hand you herewith the two pipes which connect up to the cooler - will you fit these with the necessary connection as shewnon the attached sketch. We will also hand you the pressure gauges to be used.
