Dear Sirs,

For the attention of Mr. Ratcliffe.

Torsion Spring P.17068. 30 HP.Stromberg DC-42.

In reply to your letter of the 5th instant, this is to advise that six sample springs are being prepared, and will reach you in due course.

As regards the last paragraph of your letter, we had really not considered the matter, because the spring which is used on the EEC-3 Phantom carburetter was designed by Rolls-Royce, and we have supplied what has been asked for.

Yours faithfully,
THE ZENITH CARBURETTER CO. LTD.
