We are pleased to say that the Goshawk compared with other efficient cars of about the same cylinder size appears to be passably efficient all round, and especially so at the slower engine speeds.

There is no doubt however that this enigne must be improved in every way we know how.

It is agreed that the vertical shutters to the radiator will improve its appearance.

We have considerably improved the perfection of the steering and the steadiness of the riding. We hope still further to improve the riding by somewhat more flexible springs, but the car to which I refer may not be a good specimen because of the light body, and light load.

In addition to the above we shall be improving the engine by the design of a new head, giving increased valve passages past the guides, and dividing the engine into two units of 3, so that the exhaust can be modified to the same shceme as the Phantom.

We may also be able to improve the torsional rigidity of the frame.

There is much to be admired in the present 4 speed gear-box, the back axle, front axle, and brakes. The latter in my specimen are too easily applied but this is a simple matter, and can be easily altered.
