Typed Text: re CHASSIS NO. B.46-AH. G.{Mr Griffiths - Chief Accountant / Mr Gnapp} Summers, Esq. ---------------- We have received an Inspection Report from St.{Capt. P. R. Strong}, and extract from which we give below:- "When driving in snow it had entered underneath the bonnet and had piled up on either side the engine to the level of the top of the steering box. Snow had also had the effect of creating considerable mis-firing, although it had not entirely stopped the engine from running. In order to overcome the trouble he has fitted rubber tubes over each of the H.T. leads at their distributor ends." C. has seen this report and he wishes to know whether this is a defect on Bentley cars which calls for an alteration to design, and what your views are on the matter generally and on this customer's complaint in particular.
