EJJ. from Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} SECRET. Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}8/ML.23.11.40. 1209 H FIRE RISK - PARK LEYS. We have now got a large number of confidential, Ministry drawings at the Squash Court at Park Leys. In view of the increasing nocturnal activities of the enemy and having regard to the fact that the Squash Court is a wooden building, we feel that some added protection is necessary against fire. We would be glad therefore, if you would supply us with a stirrup pump. We are obtaining two Chatwood cylinders for storing unfinished drawings at the Clan Foundry and Park Leys but should like to know whether there is any standard drawing cabinet fitted with steel drawers, that we could use for general filing purposes at Park Leys.
