NICE DÉPÔT RECEIVED Re Velsen Performance contd. (2). BJ. Pag/N15421. (clear) of the drivers head. copy Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} The supplementary petrol tank was also streamlined together with the tail of the seats, the only weak point was the carrying of the two spare wheels on the tail; these would be better in the usual place. When the car left I noticed the Engine ran very slowly and regularly, and the driver got a into top gear within 30 yards, and running at 8 mph approx. In my opinion all these stunts are a demonstration of ability on the part of the driver, there are many cars that can be driven at that speed for double the time, and the promoters with the drivers should be put in prison.
