To DA{Bernard Day - Chassis Design}/EV.{Ivan Evernden - coachwork} from Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} c. to CJ. H.{Arthur M. Hanbury - Head Complaints} c. to BJ. H.{Arthur M. Hanbury - Head Complaints} AUTOVAC TANKS. DA{Bernard Day - Chassis Design}/EV{Ivan Evernden - coachwork}1/M28.9.25. One of the early tests we made with the Autovac was to fit the Weyman tank off the Hispano on to one of our cars. We found no improvement in the Weyman tank compared with the Autovac. We have also filled up all the waste volume above the float by means of wood packings. This was reported in Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/AJL/LG14.8.25. No improvement could be appreciated from this. We will arrange to test immediately the non-return valve in the petrol pipe for the tank. Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} | ||
