With reference to the above we are now anxious to obtain a specification for the 1st 100 Chassis in order that we may proceed with the necessary design and manufacture of jigs, tools, etc., and the ordering of long distance material. As we are now behind schedule on these jobs, we shall be glad if you will provide us with a detailed list of the Sections which can be released.

We have instructed 100 sets of Bought Out parts such as Forgings, Pressings, etc. where it has been economical to do so, but the sections not yet fully released in accordance with memo's BY.6/N.7.10.37 and BY.6/N.21.10.37 are as follows:-

ENGINE.
✓ Crankcase & Brgs.
✓ Cylinder.
✓ Valves & Fittings.
Oil Pump.
✓ Oil Relief Valve.
✓ Water Pump.
X Spring Drive.
X Inlet Pipes. [handwritten: finalised]
X Carburetter Air Silencer.
✓ Water Pump & Dynamo Drives.

ELECTRICAL.
✓ All Sections.

CHASSIS.
✓ Front Apron.
X Rear Road Springs.
✓ Steering Column & Controls
✓ Side & Cross Steering Tubes.
✓ Dashboard & Dash Bkts.
✓ Floorboards & Fittings.
✓ Pressure Piping, Petrol Piping etc.
X Pedals.
✓ Oil Pump & Oil Tank on Dash.
Rear Dampers & Roll Rod.
