The addition of Commander Briggs to the initialling list for standardisation sheets.

I have asked Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} to add Commander Briggs' name to the list of those who should initial the standardisation sheets, the reason being that he is in constant touch with different points which are being tested and may be introduced on the chassis and, as you may be absent abroad from time to time for possibly some considerable periods, (as was the case recently), it is desirable that he should be able to report on such items; also it is desirable that there should not be less than three officials here representing Sales Department, as has been the case in the past and, therefore, CWB's name will take the place of CJ.
