Continued memorandum discussing a 'boom' noise in the back of a car, quoting a contradictory observation.

While of course we do not agree with PN{Mr Northey}'s observations on the boom in the back of the car, the fact remains that he remarked : "I sat in the back of the car and was not able to discover any boom at all with the cutout closed".
