F.J. Hardy - See me Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} 1/158 S/W. Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} Interior Heating of R-R Cars, and as Correlated Features, Ventilation and Defrosting and Demisting. Cx{Major Len W. Cox - Advertising Manager}22/KW15.3.39. Reference Cx{Major Len W. Cox - Advertising Manager}8/KW3.2.39, we have been hoping that before now you would have had some further news for us on this subject, so perhaps you can let us know what developments have taken place and what progress has been made in the last few weeks in this important matter. In the last paragraph of my memo of the 3rd February I asked you about fitting up Sg{Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD}'s car with whatever scheme you were anxious to have tried out. I believe you are fitting to his new car a heating and demisting scheme, but I would be glad if you would let me have details of what you are doing to his car, and also the reasons which have prevented you from incorporating any air conditioning scheme to be tried out on his car at the same time. We shall probably be meeting on Friday at Park Ward's, when no doubt you could let me have a reply on the subject if you are unable to write anything in the meantime. Cx.{Major Len W.
